Jim Mitchell, being self employed for many years, carried out construction works in Southern Alberta and Ontario. Jim was involved with many unique and challenging projects throughout his 29 years in the construction industry. He has participated in sewer/water works, high rise demolition and detailed landscape projects. Jim has developed a wide range of expertise which has made him a most valuable member of the team.
Vice President
Dwight started his career over 40 years ago with under the guidance of Hans Keller. After many years with , he owned and operated his own successful landscaping, reclamation and revegetation company. Dwight has managed and completed countless large and small scale landscaping, revegetation and mining reclamation projects throughout Ontario and across Canada. Dwight also has experience in the industrial maintenance and solid waste management industries including the supervision and operation of municipal and industrial landfills, waste collection and recycling. Dwight is a Forestry Technician, Certified Manager of Landfill Operations and holds numerous health and safety related certificates. Dwight has rejoined the team to help carry on the tradition of providing their clients with the expertise, dedication and quality of work and the Keller family have been providing for over 50 years.
Engineer
William Dainty has over 28 years of experience in construction management of mine closure works, water management facilities, river and stream diversions, lake relocation, fish passage and land reclamation. He is involved with all levels of environmental permitting and project planning in both Canada and the United States and works directly with both industry and all levels of government to ensure that all project and regulatory requirements are met. His mine closure experience has included the treatment and handling of tailings, re-vegetation including land preparation, water management and conveyance, dam re-habilitation and construction, structural demolition, and shaft capping. He has worked extensively on environmental improvement projects in support of closure activities and is actively involved in the protection of and enhancement of wildlife habitat. Bill works directly with Hans Keller in the planning and management of projects. He provides Engineering expertise and support to all components of operations.
